Within VDMA the VDMA Textile Care, Fabric and Leather Technologies represents the most important German and European manufacturers in the sectors of shoe and leather technology, sewing and garment machinery, laundry and textile cleaning technology, as well as machinery for processing technical textiles, e.g. for the automotive, aviation and sporting goods industries. Taking into account the diversity of mechanical engineering products and their applications, the trade association is one of the most heterogeneous sectors of the mechanical and plant engineering industry.
