Since 1969 OFF.MECCANICA M.M. snc is constructing “Automations for Tanneries”, projecting high technology and maximum precision machineries for leather processing. The aim of OFF.MECCANICA M.M. snc is to “automatize” the work in the tanneries, projecting machineries with reduced size, reducing producing times, so that tanneries can save money and time. OFF.MECCANICA M.M. snc. is always looking for new solutions to satisfy its Clients’ exigencies, by supplying its own machineries as well as every kind of second hand/rebuilt machinery.
OUR PRODUCTION:
- STACKERS
Ultra compact stackers with reduced size: it is suitable for reduced spaces in the tanneries.
The stackers can have one or two trolleys. Consider that a stacker with two trolleys allows to stack two leathers in the same time, making the work of two machines with only one machine.
Selecting stackers: the selections are made automatically by area, weight or quality.
Stackers for grain and split: it is usually linked to a through-feed splitting machine, to stack the grain and the split in two different stations.
Grouping stacker: it automatically groups the leathers in bundlesses, according to the established number of leathers.
- LIFTING PLATFORMS
Plane or sloping lifting platform, rotating lifting platform, double scissor lifting platform.
Recently, we manufactured some lifting platforms with rollers and weighing system.
- HORSES
Normal horses for laying of leathers.
Electro-pneumatic horses convertible to table.
- LOADING-UNLOADING ROBOT
Special automation to transfer leathers from a machine to another machinery.
- EXTRACTOR
Machinery to extract the leathers from splitting machines. It is usually complete with a conveyor to transport the grain.
- OVERHEAD CONVEYORS
Overhead conveyors that allow the overhead transport of leathers.
- CONVEYORS
All kind of conveyors.
- AUTOMATIC LOADING OF DRUMS
Some conveyors are transporting the leathers to the drums, to load them automatically through leather weighing (according to an established weight).
