DISCOVER WHERE WE ARE IN THE TANNERY PROCESS
Since the early years of its activity, GER Elettronica has established itself as a reference company for the production of surface measuring machines for leathers and varnish economizers for spraying lines. Today GER Elettronica confirms and strengthens its positioning in the markets with thousands of installations all over the world. To the products that distinguish it, it has added sensors and equipment that allow to analyze and control the hides individually during the stages of the tanning process.
This year on our stand will be presented the latest news referred to:
- ethical and industrial traceability on leathers in the various stages of the process, from wet to crust to finishing, maintaining the continuity of the "product’s history" up to the final user's home (BE.Trace).
- active control of the spraying quality and continuous monitoring of the finishing process in order to: maximize the yield, avoid machine’s downtime and generate documentation relating to the quality of the work performed (I. Control, Iris, I. Flow, I .Gun).
- software for data collection in order to obtain the three-dimensional analysis of each single hide during the most significant phases of the process (I. Data).
