Fratelli Carlessi was born as an engineering company in 1925. In 1953 it began to specialize in the construction of machines and plants for the tannery.
In the following years, he concentrated his studies and production on the specific machinery for drying, conditioning and finishing.
The experience and innovation of Fratelli Carlessi as a manufacturer have led the company to become a leader in the sector with thousands of systems installed in about 90 countries.
In 2009 Fratelli Carlessi joined Erretre, a company with which he has collaborated since the 1970s for the development of technologies in leather finishing.
The union of the two companies has given a new impetus to design, with the updating of the entire range of products and the development of new revolutionary technologies.
