Heat setter two way

The heat setter is used for ironing and stabilising the footwear with 2 tunnels and 2 conveyors. The high standard and ironing quality is given by a great distribution of the hot air and steam’s jet which directly act upon all the footwear parts. The digital control panel placed on the heat setter able you to change and easly switch in between all the different settings.
The operator can change the following parameters:
• Air temperature
• Conveyor speed
• Steam quantity (inside the chamber)
• Final ventilation
